Vanderpump Rules Jax & Brittany Take Kentucky

It’s official! Bravo has announced Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright’s spin-off show, Vanderpump Rules Jax & Brittany Take Kentucky. The show is set to premiere this summer.

The show will focus on Taylor, 37, learning about 28-year-old Cartwright’s southern roots and seeing if he’s ready for marriage as her family pressures him to propose. “I wanna get married and I wanna get married soon,” he told her mom, Sherri, in the show’s explosive trailer.

But, Taylor’s happiness was short lived as he called her friends “white trash” and got scared during a church sermon. “You’re an old man and you need to act your age,” Cartwright slammed him in one scene, while Taylor quipped back: “”You don’t mind taking money from this old man!”

“Your arrogance is your downfall,” Cartwright said in another scene, before sitting down with her boyfriend and declaring him “delusional.”

Will you be watching?

My name is Nicki. I am 32 years-old and married to my best friend. I was previously in business for over 12 years, but I’ve always had a great passion for web and graphic design. Another one of my passions, of course, is to escape into the world of TV, which is where this journey began. My goal in starting AllThingsRH.com was to give fans, like myself, a place to catch up on all the latest news and gossip about The Real Housewives. I wanted to create a place where viewers could interact with each other, share their opinions, and get straight-forward and unbiased information about what’s going on. I am proud of the diversity this site has to offer.

I will watch. Cartwright is portrayed to be some country bumpkin who is “angelic” and kindhearted. Be that as it may, obviously she is a gold digger and not so innocent. He is a sex addict (admitted this himself), known drug user, and soon will dump poor Cartwright or cheat on her if he hasn’t aready.

JAXS changed a lot .Brit brings the best out of him . I wish them luck. I hope this show is worth watching. Bravos Oklahoma show is a big flop.

    • One Rotten Egg

Agree Rusty–Oklahoma show is a bust for me as well. Looks like it tries to hard and really makes this “reality” TV very “UN-realistic”.

I will watch…will be good to see a change of scenery for a change

When I first heard about this I thought NO WAY will I tune into a show about Jax. The reunion has changed my mind. He seems to be in a different better place since being with Brittany. I also liked the interaction between Jax & James.

  • Real Sandy

I will watch it most likely. I want to laugh at Jax on a farm. He will probably break a nail and cry.
Brittany seems desperate, but she did get herself a place on not one but two reality shows now, so Jax has helped her get on TV. So even if it doesn’t work out for them, Brittany had to make more money than she would as a Hooter’s waitress…I think?
Neither of them is an angel, but I think Jax will have to decide if he wants to stay a wild bachelor or not, since not many women would want him IMO. These two seem like a good fit for one another. Brittany seems able to tolerate Jax more than Stassi ever did. I feel sorry for any girl who even dates Jax really.
