I spoke to Tamra exclusively about what we can expect from the series and asked her about some of her favorite fitness and nutrition tips.
Congratulations on the launch of your CUT Fitness YouTube channel. What do you hope viewers take away from watching CUT’s new video series?
Tamra Judge: “Thank you. We hope viewers will get realistic knowledge about fitness, what is healthy, and what is excessive. With so much information out there about getting fit and healthy, people can be easily misinformed about what works for them as individuals.”
What will the series focus on?
TJ: “Safe and effective workouts for all levels, nutrition tips and overall lifestyle choices.”
We have seen your body transform so much since the opening of CUT. What workouts have helped you tone your body to look so good?
TJ: “The balance between high intense interval training, cardio, stretching and booty cut workouts.”
What is your favorite class at CUT?
TJ: “Booty Cut. It includes butt, legs and core. I designed a workout and can’t wait to teach it in the studio and online.”
What advice do you have for people that want to achieve a healthier lifestyle?
TJ: “Find a friend to start the journey with or find a small group training studio where you can meet likeminded people. Then, enjoy the journey.”
I know nutrition is a huge part of your lifestyle, can we expect to get insight into how you maintain your physique?
TJ: “Yes. What you put in your mouth has a huge effect on your fitness result. Finding a balance that works for you is challenging. Since most people don’t know what to eat, we will be showing you healthy choices and meal prepping that will keep you on track.”
