Teresa Giudice Pays Off Creditors in Bankruptcy Case

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice is getting closer to paying off her bankruptcy, we can report. The Bravo star has a scheduled court date on May 23th to remove creditors from her suit, according to United States Bankruptcy Court documents.

Her lawyer claims that she’s already paid off 12 of the 22 creditors who filed claims against her. According to her attorney, an additional two claims have already been ruled to be invalid. Her lawyer also wants to remove five claims that were related to properties that have since gone through foreclosure. That would bring her list of creditors to just three.

Meanwhile, Teresa’s lawyer reported that “as of March 20, 2017, they [she and Joe] are continuing to make regular payments” on their home, RadarOnline reports.

Does she have any source of income other than Bravo? Are people still buying her books?

That’s great news. Good job Tre!

Sorry Barbara, I don’t share your excitement as if Tre did some gracious act of goodness from her heart. This is the very LEAST she could do, dragging on her debt for as long as she has, while all this dough was rolling in.

Wasn’t praising her for paying it. I was praising her for paying that large amount off, pretty much by herself.
