Sonja Morgan Felt Misunderstood By Bethenny Frankel


Sonja Morgan recently announced her newest business venture, a line of prosecco and rosé wines named Tipsy Girl and Bethenny Frankel didn’t react well to the news because of the similarity of the name to her Skinnygirl empire. But Sonja is revealing that she felt misunderstood and hurt throughout the process.

During this week’s episode, Frankel called Sonja’s company “a cheater brand,” and called out her many other businesses that don’t seem to have come to fruition.

Morgan took to Twitter to let viewers know what was really going through her head during her sit down with Bethenny. “It was real. I didn’t want to hurt @Bethenny,” Sonja tweeted about her talk with Frankel. “I felt misunderstood & hurt myself #stupid.”


Bethenny added, “I have compassion for @SonjatMorgan. I don’t like the misrepresentation of business.”

Bethenny has admitted she is no longer angry at Sonja. “I have no anger towards Sonja, but I do have sympathy. I hope she can find her truth somewhere in the process,” she wrote in her blog. “Ideas and names are a dime a dozen. Execution, drive, dedication and passion push it through.”
