Shocking video from Real Housewives of New York City star Luann de Lesseps’ Christmas Eve arrest for disorderly intoxication has been revealed and it’s not a good look.
The five minute video, captured in December 2017, was released on the internet. It shows Luann telling cops to let her out, claiming she’s done nothing wrong after being cuffed for trespassing in a hotel room with a man.
de Lesseps was charged with disorderly intoxication, battery of an officer, resisting arrest and making threats against a public servant.
In the video, de Lesseps is repeatedly heard threatening cops and shouting, “Don’t touch me! I will kill you.”
The arresting officer threatened to hog-tie her if she doesn’t cooperate.
In the days following her arrest, de Lesseps checked into rehab for treatment.
“At this point in my life, I don’t want to drink, nor do I have interest in drinking,” she said of getting treatment. “Rehab saved my life. It was the best thing that I could do for myself and I’m so glad I did that.”
She eventually apologized for her behavior and pleaded not guilty. However, she rejected a plea deal in lieu of a speedy trial.
