Real Housewives of Atlanta star Sheree Whitfield is dishing on the first two episodes of the show this season in a new interview with Bravo. Whitfield shares her favorite parts of her new home, Chateau Sheree and her thoughts on Kenya’s housewarming party. Sheree says she wasn’t surprised things got so heated between her and Moore.
Bravotv.com: What’s your favorite part of Chateau Sheree?
Shereé Whitfield: I LOVE my kitchen/keeping room! It’s the heart of our home. Family and friends always seem to congregate in that area in all the homes I’ve lived in. It’s been a long road, but this home is a part of the legacy I want to leave to my family, and it had to be done right.
I’ve learned so much about myself throughout this process, and I’m proud to say that I did this on my own with the love, support, and encouragement of my family and friends. Family is everything to me! Stay tuned to see the finished product this season!
Bravotv.com: Were you surprised that Kenya was throwing shade at Chateau Sheree?
SW: Very little of what Kenya Moore says or does surprises me.
Bravotv.com: What were your first impressions of Moore Manor when you arrived for the housewarming?
SW: If she likes it, I LOVE IT!
Bravotv.com: Why did you decide to leave with Phaedra and Porsha?
SW: Initially I wasn’t going to leave the housewarming. I went outside to check on Porsha and find out what exactly happened and why she exited stage left. I had already been at the party for a while, so I figured I could slip out unnoticed and help the girls get to their car.
Bravotv.com: What did you think of Porsha’s Escape the Room event?
SW: It was super fun! I’m very competitive, and I love all types of team building activities. It forced us out of our comfort zones, made us work together, and communicate with each other.
Bravotv.com: Were you surprised things got so heated with Kenya?
SW: Not the least bit.
