Shannon Beador: I’m Nothing Like Vicki Gunvalson

As we get ready for the premiere for season twelve of the Real Housewives of Orange County, we can’t help but notice Shannon Beador and Vicki Gunvalson are still on the outs. In the trailer, the feud between the two former friends is only getting worse and with Lydia McLaughlin back in the picture, it doesn’t seem like things are getting better any time soon.

“I was upset when you said that I was just like Vicki. That’s what set me off,” Shannon snaps at Lydia in the preview. “So let’s be clear when you said I was just like Vicki. You don’t know me, and I’m nothing like Vicki Gunvalson. I have a four-year history with her… I’m nothing like Vicki.”

As many of you probably remember, Shannon and Vicki’s friendship hit an all time low last season when Gunvalson alleged that Shannon’s cheating husband, David, was abusive, a claim both Beadors deny.

Since then, Shannon has put on a few pounds and seems to be blaming Vicki for the stress of her weight gain.

“Vicki is telling friends that the fact that Shannon has been blaming her for getting fat is the most ridiculous thing that she’s ever heard,” an insider tells RadarOnline. “Vicki basically does not care about Shannon at all anymore and she lost all respect for her when she stayed with David after he cheated on her,” the source added. “It’s actually quite sad to watch her self-destruct, but Vicki is not about to let Shannon blame her for any of her issues. She created them herself,” continued the snitch.

My name is Nicki. I am 32 years-old and married to my best friend. I was previously in business for over 12 years, but I’ve always had a great passion for web and graphic design. Another one of my passions, of course, is to escape into the world of TV, which is where this journey began. My goal in starting AllThingsRH.com was to give fans, like myself, a place to catch up on all the latest news and gossip about The Real Housewives. I wanted to create a place where viewers could interact with each other, share their opinions, and get straight-forward and unbiased information about what’s going on. I am proud of the diversity this site has to offer.
