RHOP Returns For Season 2, Watch Trailer

The Real Housewives of Potomac are back for season two and they are not holding back on any drama. The new season will premiere, Sunday, April 2 at 9/8c on Bravo and our favorite Maryland ladies are on top of their game.

Gizelle Bryant’s dating game seems to be stronger than ever as she looks for a man with “cash flow in the pocket” and “a little something,” else. But could love bloom when a man from her past comes back into the picture? Expect Gizelle to also come under fire for putting Charrisse Jackson Jordan’s marital troubles on blast. But Charrisse will try to stay focused on her kids as some rumors swirl about her husband, Eddie Jordan, too.

Robyn Dixon is trying to figure out where her relationship with ex-husband, Juan Dixon, stands while also dealing with some financial hardships. Now that Karen Huger’s kids are both out of the house, the grand dame of Potomac is moving into a new home, but she and her husband, Raymond Huger, a.k.a. “the Black Bill Gates,” don’t see eye-to-eye on the size of the future abode. There’s going to be a lot of talk among the RHOP ladies about why, exactly, Karen is moving. And as for Ashley Darby, her new restaurant Oz isn’t taking off as much as she had hoped, which is putting a strain on her marriage with her husband, Michael Darby, and her baby plans.

And there’s a new ‘Wife joining the crew. We’ll meet Monique Samuels, a self-proclaimed “boss” who’s living the glamorous life (read: she has four homes) with her husband, former NFL player Chris Samuels. Though Monique doesn’t seem to get off on the right foot with some of the RHOP vets, she seems to have Karen’s seal of approval, and that’s not nothing.

  1. How are they different from any other Bravo Real Housewives franchise? Same brand, same formula, with no one coming to physical blows or indulging in questionable legal activities like the other shows, so I never quite get the criticism with this particular cast. At worst, for me, the show is “provincial”, but it certainly isn’t any more or less shallow than bit*hfests we see across the network.

    1. I agree with about 98% of your post but I think they all lack a personality and seem to look down their noses to any one outside of their social circle. Help are the help and never the twain shall meet. I think that’s why I dislike this branch of the HW series. Sorry!

      1. All the franchises are not for everyone…I do enjoy Gizelle, but the rest of them are like watching paint dry. New Jersey is my least favorite but now that the annoying Manzo’s and Jacqueline are gone I might check it out again
