The Real Housewives of New Jersey has been focused around the same storyline for three seasons now; the relationship between Teresa Giudice and her brother and his wife, Joe and Melissa Gorga. However, Rumorfix is reporting season 6 could be different. While no contracts have been signed, Rumorfix reports filming for the new season will begin in the next couple of months (which we previously reported too) and that the Giudice’s legal woes will be addressed. “Everything is up in the air right now because there is disagreement between the show’s producers as to which direction they will go,” an insider tells the site.
The site’s insider reveals the dynamic between Caroline Manzo and Jacqueline Laurita is being reconsidered. The NY Post reported the Manzo family was getting a spin-off show that is currently in development and RumorFix’s insider says while Caroline is one of Andy’s favorites, some producers wouldn’t be sad to see her go.
And as far as Kathy Wakile? Producers are reportedly “on the fence,” but, according to the source, they would hate to lose her sister Rosie.
RumorFix also confirms one new Housewife will be added to the new season.
