The cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey are facing more legal problems and this time it doesn’t involve Teresa and Joe Giudice’s recent indictment. Rather the bloody brawl that took place in March at the opening of POSCHE 2, where Johnny Karagiorgis was confronted by Chris Laurita and Joe Gorga, then allegedly attacked by the two men and Jacqueline Laurita. An insider tells RadarOnline the RHONJ cast could be facing more charges than what were originally filed. “Johnny is not the type of person to just lay down, he’s going full force and has been telling people he doesn’t want to drop the charges. He wants everyone who attacked him to be prosecuted,” the source says.
“Johnny has said that he wants to file additional charges. He is going to possibly try and go after aggravated assault and aggravated assault with a weapon,” the source reveals.
The legal action that Karagiorgis is taking could even affect Bravo. “This fight was premeditated and then while it was happening the producers and security didn’t step in to stop anything. They were promoting the violence,” the source says. “These people think they’re above the law.”
“They act out of control and think the New Jersey court system is run by a bunch of clowns. These people are all pigs,” the insider adds.
