Real Housewives of Miami Househusband Roy Black is making headlines after Justin Bieber hired the famous lawyer to beat his DUI case. Roy gained notoriety for the acquittal of William Kennedy Smith case. He is also known his representation of conservative radio commentator Rush Limbaugh on charges he misused the prescription painkiller OxyContin. Black has also represented Kelsey Grammar, racer Helio Castroneves and Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis.

RadarOnline reports that Roy will with Bieber’s L.A. attorney Howard Weitzman and Miami criminal defense attorney Howard Srebnic.

Bieber was leaving a nightclub behind the wheel of a rented yellow Lamborghini when police pulled him over for suspicion of drag racing. The pop star didn’t have a valid driver’s license on him at the time of arrest, and police said he cursed at the officers who initially pulled him over. Bieber told officers he’d consumed a beer, anti-depressants, and had been smoking marijuana nonstop.
