Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss is expecting her third child via surrogate, we are happy to announce.
Kandi and Todd’s surrogacy process will be chronicled on the upcoming 12th season of the Bravo series, PEOPLE reports.
Burruss, 43, and Tucker, who got married in 2014, are parents to 3-year-old son Ace Wells. Burruss also has a teenage daughter named Riley from a previous relationship with Russell Spencer, and Tucker is the father of a daughter named Kaela, who is in her early twenties.
In February, Burruss received some advice fom Andy Cohen — who welcomed his son, Benjamin Allen, via surrogate — which she emotionally recounted on the now-defunct late-night show “Busy Tonight.”
“I said something about, ‘Well I guess I’m going to have a baby mama,’” Burruss said through tears about deciding to use a surrogate. “And [Cohen] said to me, ‘Don’t you ever say that, because you are a mother, and to say she’s your baby mama is taking it away from you.’”
We think Kandi and Todd are expecting a baby girl, because it was previously revealed that they had two female embryos while Burruss was undergoing IVF last season.
