RECORDING! Drunk Brooks Ayers Threatens To Beat Vicki Gunvalson’s Ass, Calls Her A Bitch And A Whore

1Brooks

Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson’s on-again off-again boyfriend, Brooks Ayers, has been caught on an audio recording calling her a “f*cking whore” and threatening to “beat her ass.” RadarOnline has obtained exclusive tapes of Brooks threatening physical violence towards Vicki “because I can (and) that’s what we do in the South.”

Brooks is heard slurring his words and bashing Vicki, who he’s dated since 2011, with another man who is said to be Vicki’s son-in-law, Ryan Culberson.

The tapes were recorded because people close to Vicki thought Brooks was going to harm her. The following audio has two different recordings of Brooks that were said to of taken place last year.

“F*cking whore, imma [sic] f*cking beat her ass when i see her,” Brooks says. “It’ll be like a week when I see her, sh*t.”

“That ain’t right,” Ryan tells him. The rest of the conversation is as follows:

BA: It ain’t?
RC: No.
BA: What ain’t right?
RC: You can’t beat her up.
BA: I’m going to be beat her ass.
RC: Why?
BA: Because I can. That’s what we do in the South.
RC: No. I don’t do that.
BA: You don’t beat their ass?
RC: No.
BA: Well you probably should do.
RC: No.
BA: Oh god. This is us.
RC: Yeah upstairs.
BA: You be careful.
RC: You be careful. I am good.

The second recoding starts with Brooks reading a text from Vicki. “Do as you do. Sorry you’re drunk again. So your loss. I can’t fight with I. I don’t have it in me.”

BA: Read me the riot act.
RC: Huh?
BA: Read me the riot act.
RC: Who is?
BA: Vicki.
RC: Reading you the riot act?
BA: Yep.
RC: What’s that mean?
BA: Do as you do. Sorry you’re drunk… again. So your loss. I can’t fight with I. I don’t have it in me.
RC: What’s the riot act? I thought it was like a police thing.
BA: Eh, I don’t know. So whatever.

When contacted for comment, Brooks was unable to say anything because it is part of what’s going to air on part 3 of the RHOC reunion special, his lawyer told Radar. “The topic and Mr. Ayers’ related comments were filmed in July, 2013, and are scheduled to air during the ‘Reunion,’” Patricia A. Marr, Esq tells the site. “While Mr. Ayers appreciates the opportunity to comment for your media outlet, he is prohibited from commenting about future air segments.”

  1. So, clearly Ryan recorded these, which means they (Ryan & Briana) played them for Vicki as soon as they possibly could, in hopes of getting Brooks out of Vicki’s life. Vicki hears these words and she just….stays with him? They’re not married or even living together and she chooses to actively date someone like this? While showering him with gifts and giving him free reign of her vehicles? What is wrong with this woman?!?! Sorry, typing out my frustrated questions make me feel a little better. Haha.

    1. I thought the same thing when I read that the recording was early last year! Don’t believe that Ryan would have sat on that for this long when he and Brianna have tried so hard to convince Vicki that he’s scum. So I agree with you that she would have heard that tape long ago and she just kept on dating him. Just goes to show how desperate she really is.

  2. He is supposed to be talking to Ryan?? All I know is if some man told one of my sons or my son-in-law he was going to beat my ass… The only one getting a beat down would be the man making the threats towards me. No that’s the way it’s done in the south!

  3. So right after Brooks tells Ryan that he should beat (I guess) his wife’s ass Ryan denies he would do that. The NEXT comment doesn’t seem right – “Oh, God. This is us.” Doesn’t that usually mean ‘it’s only us here, so let’s be real’? Ryan KNOWS he’s being recorded, so he would want to sound right for that but be real enough for Brooks, right? So, his comment, “Yeah, upstairs” could sound like he doesn’t want Brianna to overhear it, right? It’s the only sense I can make out of that part. I don’t trust either of them.

    1. I think what Brooks was saying with “Oh God, this is us” is that he and Ryan arrived back at their hotel or house and Ryan was saying that “yeah upstairs” meaning you need to go upstairs back to Vicki. Brooks was dreading returning home to listen to her “read him the riot act”.

    2. When Brooks said “so this is us” he could have been referring to having reached his destination – home – or in this case the bottom of the staircase most likely. It is most often heard from a drunk individual when they finally realize they must leave. Ryan did not sound as if he was drunk.

  4. I thinks it kind of suspicious that weeks after ryan was caught on tape verbally abusing an elderly woman this audio was released. Now im not saying brooke is innocent but the timing is crazy. Ryan & brianna had to take the heat off him & shift the blame. If i were vicky, i would drop all those leeches like a bad habit.

  5. Okay, I’m about sick of hearing Lydia’s mom referred to as an ‘elderly woman.’ She’s my age which is 60 and no doubt I’m not young, but I don’t consider myself ‘elderly.’ Give me a break. Also, I don’t know who’s right or wrong, but you can pretty much bet that Bravo edited that they way they wanted it to play. So I’m staying neutral. Ryan def had too much to drink and was out of line and he’s apologized for that. But there is his version, her version and the truth is probably somewhere in between.

    1. Of course she’s not elderly. But that’s not the point. NOBODY should initiate or carry on a conversation with ANY guest the way he did, and no matter how it was edited his distasteful behavior and her shock couldn’t be misconstrued as anything other than what it was. Elderly or not, how he spoke to her was appalling. It’s a sign of the times that anybody has to pull the ‘elderly’ card to argue he was outlandish, since it should be enough that he spoke rudely and in an intimidating fashion to any guest or any woman. The common denominator of every Housewives franchise is that the excess in spending money is inversely proportionate to the lack of manners, human kindness, and decency – let alone the “classiness” these chicks seem to think they embody. We watch so we can feel good about ourselves compared to these egotistical, ignorant women who are miserable.

  6. I think drunken Brooks was talking out if his a$$. He was just blowing off his big stupid southern ,macho mouth! I’m sure he would not hit Vicki . She’s not a dummy! Ryan needs to mind his business and let Vicki make up her own mind. Ryan is a drunken slob too!! Like mother likedaughter!!!! They hate brooks and its none of their business. She’s an adult. Geez
