It looks like the newest Housewife city is in for a second season as the Real Housewives of Potomac has been renewed. While this may be good news for fans of the show, there are some sort of bad news that comes along with the renewal according to the Washington Post.

Though these ladies have brought nothing but some juicy drama to the TV screen, the network is reportedly looking for new cast members.

“Bravo is looking to add some fresh faces to the mix of area women starring on the show. Calls have been made and names have been thrown into the ring. Whether these potential new stars will replace or simply augment the current cast — Karen Huger, Ashley Darby, Charrisse Jackson Jordan, Katie Rost, Robyn Dixon and Gizelle Bryant — remains to be seen. Bravo usually likes to keep the casting under a tight lid.”

Since the report there has been no additional information on the show’s status.

    Why?

    Double WHY!!!

  • Aunt Bee

Oh no. Couldn’t stand the first show let alone first season. These ladies are a bunch of self indulgent snobs.

  • starr

    Not excited at all.

I thought this show was going to be old money and we would see beautiful old mansions. Instead we have a bunch of homes that are stuck in the 80’s, my house is way nicer and I’m just a middle class Misses. I don’t get this show at all, they’re not who they pretend they are, last thing I get from these ladies is high society, they’re dreaming.

This is Miami all over again. Give it up Andy no one cares about this show

These women are so mean and if I hear the word “etiquette” one more time, I’ll puke…these women know nothing about it and this show is awful…

  • I don’t watch right after taping being that I don’t recall what night it is on. If and when I see a blog article talking about something specific, I go to my taped shows and watch. I have no idea how far behind I might be. Since I have never been bored in my life, that won’t prompt me to watch either. I do know that usually the first season only has maybe 8 shows and a reunion. I certainly won’t be purchasing it for my video library.

Haven’t been able to get into this show at all stopped watching after two episodes

I’ve faithfully watched every single episode but I can understand why this show is not popular. I myself struggle to make it through each episode ( hashtag the struggle is real), so I am shocked and surprised it was renewed. I don’t understand how this is possible.

    Great. Can’t wait.

I love this show,so over the Housewives in the hood show from Atlanta!

Why was this show renewed? First lesson of etiquette, you don’t call people on it, bad taste. Two, that chick with the three kids, I get you are happy living off a dude that will never marry because in my opinion he is in the closet. The disturbing part is that she has very young kids, it is not healthy to move in with a boyfriend, this chick is so off her rocker! The houses, please they have Formica cabinets. If the dude was really the black bill gates I think their cabinets would at least be high end in the kitchen! I can get over everything except the fakeness of etiquette that is just so classless!

I think its pretty funny. As far as old money the old houses make sense. Old money doesn’t care about new showy stuff. Its much better than Atlanta. They are not rocket science. Don’t get all the hate.

  • worse show on Television. The women are not representative of Women living in Potomac. Their extensions
look worse than my hair. Andy Cohen really goofed with this show
