Real Housewives of Dallas Season 2 Ratings Suffer

We had high hopes for season two of The Real Housewives of Dallas, but apparently viewers don’t feel the same way, because the show’s ratings have taken a major dive.

Season one of RHOD premiered to 1,076,000 viewers in 2016, but this year only 843,000 people tuned in to episode one, making it one of the highest rated episodes thus far.

That’s substantially lower than The Real Housewives of Orange County, which airs the same night. RHOC has landed as many as 1,765,000 during episode eight, which is average for the show.

Are you surprised by the RHOD ratings? Have you been watching this season? What do you think of the show?

My name is Nicki. I am 32 years-old and married to my best friend. I was previously in business for over 12 years, but I’ve always had a great passion for web and graphic design. Another one of my passions, of course, is to escape into the world of TV, which is where this journey began. My goal in starting AllThingsRH.com was to give fans, like myself, a place to catch up on all the latest news and gossip about The Real Housewives. I wanted to create a place where viewers could interact with each other, share their opinions, and get straight-forward and unbiased information about what’s going on. I am proud of the diversity this site has to offer.

It’s too boring for me. I just can’t get into it

  • timdun

I’ve been watching it but it’s very boring. I don’t care for the two new housewives, Kameron and D’Andra. I wouldn’t be sad if it didn’t come back for season 3.

    • Lou Taylor

I agree. The new blonde is like fingernails on a chalkboard. ~ugh~

  • cat62

Not surprised at all. Can they tale a really interesting trip or find more fun things to do? All they do is sit around and talk about each other about the same things they talked about last year.

  • cat62

    Not at all – yawn

  • Daisy

Hey cutie pie . You know that I love my state but, I can’t . I just can’t with this trashy shit show

    • Rain

Daisy ❤️❤️❤️❤️. How are you sweetie ?

I think the problem is that no decent women want to be part of these shows anymore .

      • Daisy

Doing great , how are you . No doubt about the women . If this stays on much longer can you imagine how much worse it will get .

  • Daisy

We cooled of also , down to the 90’s. I still like bh. The others I only watch here and there. Thankfully American Horror Story just started . Thanks for recommending got. I absolutely love it

  • Daisy

I will never get use to it ugh too hottt. Thankfully I can stay inside with the air set low and cold . I dream of 80.

    • Rain

We broke a record this year : one day it was 106 and there wasn’t a single creature on the street . Mind you , most people, include me , live in older buildings with no AC . It was brutal . People slept in their cars with the AC on

      • Daisy

Damn girl that is brutal , in the worst of ways . Maybe people need to take global warming a bit more seriously

  • Daisy

I’ve always been jelly of the weather in sf. Thanks so much . Yes Harvey was horrible . Thankfully my area is recovering . There are still so many flooded out of their homes . I know a few people who lost everything . Just so sad

    • Minx

      Daisy,
My Prayers go out to you and everyone who suffered the wrath of the Hurricanes..

      • Daisy

No worries babe , it’s not ease dropping . Thanks that’s so sweet of you

      • Rain

        You’re so sweet ❤️❤️❤️

  • CynicalSofty

NOOOOOOOoooooo it’s SO good this season!
And OC is SOOOOO awful. Wonder if the OC’s so unwatchable that people are tuning in, then turning it off halfway through…

  • Joseph

Most exciting thing is the couple .That bought house with pool. Two new housewives a bore. The step son scene hard to watch. Can a Bravo show be cancelled mid season. With no re-union show.

  • Minx

    B-O-R-I-N-G!
Their, “Chipmunk Voices” grate upon my last Nerve..
Poop Jokes, alleged Social Events of The Year & Barbeques?
Oh, and Pink Dallas Barbie who wants to market ” Pink Dog Food”?

  • Daisy

Thanks so much sweetie . It really has been heartwarming to see everyone pull together . Thank the good Lord we didn’t flood or suffer any damage worse than a few tree limbs . Sorry forgot to say earlier sorry about the fires and I hope that they can contain them soon

  • Daisy

Yes of course . Prayers are always good

  • Daisy

I always try to be positive . Please remember I said try lol. How did you like Austin ? It’s so progressive and really not like any other place I’ve ever been

  • Daisy

But of course , you have to stay loyal to the home team . I grew up near Austin and went there any chance I got . Too bad it wasn’t often . Sounds like you had a blast

    • Minx

It was my first Job as a Professor of Fine Art, (I was Really Young) I always loved College Towns, but Austin (aside from the University District in WA, which is Cool!)
      was an Complete Unexpected Surprise!

      • Daisy

It really is another world . Not like the rest of my ass backwards state l still love it here though

  • Daisy

That’s too funny . I think I married one of the very few non rednecks in my area

  • Daisy

Yes a road trip across Texas tends to be long and tedious . Most days he’s wonderful some days too much of a typical guy

  • Daisy

Thanks sweetie you too . I can honestly say I’ve never heard anything like that before . Don’t know what I would do . Congrats I’m sure it will be a beautiful day

  • Daisy

    Hugs sugar mama

  • Daisy
