Prosecutors Will Ban Cameras From Filming Teresa Giudice IF She Is Serves Her Time Under House Arrest

Teresa Giudice, Joe Giudice

New reports claim the Federal prosecutors will work to make sure the Bravo cameras are NOT allowed to film Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice IF she is lucky enough to serve house arrest instead of going to prison. A source tells RadarOnline, “Teresa is the sole breadwinner for the family and wants to continue to film The Real Housewives of New Jersey for as long as possible. There is no question that Teresa would absolutely film while under house arrest,” a source said, but it doesn’t look like that’s going to be a possibility.

“Prosecutors will ask that if the judge sentences Teresa to house arrest that no cameras be allowed to film during that time,” the insider reveals. “Serving a prison sentence isn’t glamorous or fun and officials don’t want it to look like it is.”

In the next several months, “Teresa and Joe will meet with probation officials and a formal report will be prepared for the judge. The judge has the sole discretion in sentencing,” the source added.

My name is Nicki. I am 32 years-old and married to my best friend. I was previously in business for over 12 years, but I’ve always had a great passion for web and graphic design. Another one of my passions, of course, is to escape into the world of TV, which is where this journey began. My goal in starting AllThingsRH.com was to give fans, like myself, a place to catch up on all the latest news and gossip about The Real Housewives. I wanted to create a place where viewers could interact with each other, share their opinions, and get straight-forward and unbiased information about what’s going on. I am proud of the diversity this site has to offer.

  • She shouldn’t have cameras if she is under hours arrest, and she shouldn’t be getting paid. She probably thought she did did before the plea deal.

Good. I don’t want to see her anyway.

I think they should allow her to film if she’s lucky enough to get house arrest so that she can continue to work and make money to pay her creditors back.

Then she needs to be able to do some sort of community work where she gets paid for every single day. Filming her at home while on house arrest is ridiculous. Teresa doesn’t get to decide her outcome. I hope the judge allows her to physically work out the house, so she can start paying what she owes. God forbid I or you committ such crimes oh but rest assure that I, a law abiding citizen who pays my taxes would be thrown in jail! But, not these celebrities, oh gosh no.

What house – if they have to pay back money they got illegally I would imagine they’ll have to sell that mansion. Hard times are coming either way.
