Porsha Stewart’s Bank Account To Be Garnished For Overdue Homeowner’s Fees

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Stewart can’t afford to pay the bills in her new mansion. The court documents state that Porsha was sued by The Grandview Condominium Association in 2012 for falling behind on her homeowner’s dues and when she didn’t respond to the lawsuit, the Condo Association went back to court in November of 2013 because she still wasn’t paying. Now, Porsha’s bank account will be garnished for what she owes.

On January 13th, 2014 a judge signed off on court documents issuing the garnishment of Stewart’s bank account for $17,859.67. SunTrust Bank will get the money on behalf of the Grandview Condominium Association.

The court documents state that Porsha owed $13,584.67 in homeowner’s dues, but with interest, attorney’s fees, post-judgment interest and case costs included, the grand total is now nearly $20,000.

My name is Nicki. I am 32 years-old and married to my best friend. I was previously in business for over 12 years, but I’ve always had a great passion for web and graphic design. Another one of my passions, of course, is to escape into the world of TV, which is where this journey began. My goal in starting AllThingsRH.com was to give fans, like myself, a place to catch up on all the latest news and gossip about The Real Housewives. I wanted to create a place where viewers could interact with each other, share their opinions, and get straight-forward and unbiased information about what’s going on. I am proud of the diversity this site has to offer.
