Porsha Stewart is taking to her Bravo Blog to discuss this week’s episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Porsha talks about seeing NeNe mad for the first time, and why the women decided to wait for Phaedra to arrive before going to NeNe’s home. Porsha also points out that Cynthia should have warned NeNe that Phaedra was running late, and the problem wouldn’t have escalated!
Porsha writes, “Hi babes, I hope you all are having a great week! This Sunday’s episode was a shade fest to say the least. In the beginning I was so excited to visit my girl, see how she was doing in LA, and check out her new Hollywood home. We are all super proud of her success and were all more than happy to be there and show our support.
But by the time we got there everything changed. Granted we were late to her dinner, but being stopped in the driveway with a cheese plate? Wow. LOL! We ended up being late, because we didn’t want to leave Phaedra and her flight didn’t get there until about 10:30 or so. In hindsight maybe we should have just met her there, but at the time sticking together seemed like the right choice.
Later I heard Cynthia had been corresponding with NeNe all night, so why didn’t she tell her we were going to be late? That’s weird to me, because the issue was that NeNe didn’t know we were going to be late. Now here we are still headed to her house, even after she hung up in Cynthia’s face. Trust me, if it were up to me, we would have let her rest and buy her an “I’m sorry” gift and try again the next day.
I have heard about how NeNe can get upset, but it was pretty intense on that curb seeing it in person. I felt bad, because as a person who loves to host at home, I know how much she probably had done to prepare. At least we were able to apologize and start fresh the next day.
I have to say I was ready to leave LA after that; it seemed like the trip was going to be doomed. I was ready to head to Vegas to familiar territory. Kordell and I used to go a lot to see shows and shop. It’s definitely an adult playground. At the end of the day I had a great time at Groundlings and dinner.”

NeNe’s fake dinner party is just stupid! Her tiny table only had enough place settings for the HW’s at best- so is anyone else not thinking how fake it all was??? We didn’t see any guest or caterer!! Because there wasn’t any. With Crazy woman peering in a window too high off the ground to see her “table” and no shots of any activity! And if Cynthia was constantly talking to NeNe then – busted! (And we all know Cyn is way up NeNe’s ass) The producers set up this fake bullshit to start drama cause the idiots love to see viewers argue over who was right/wrong. On WWHL Andy kind seals the fake crap for me. It is all scripted planned crap because thry think the dwindling audience loves it. Wake up people-if NeNe had Hollywood friends, there would have been some kind of footage and she would still be bragging about her new friends.. It is FAKE I tell ya – lol!!

I couldn’t agree more with Porsha. Cynthia causes way too much drama and is only doing so to keep her job, otherwise, what is her story line exactly? The pageant was made up at the last minute, and IMO, was done in Andy’s office to save her job. She is riding on the coat tails of Nene and it’s sad. It’s time for her to go.
I didn’t really care for Porsha at first, but I am really starting to like her. I was floored at all of the girls responses when she said Kordell would not want her to go to a strip club. I don’t understand why they think that is wrong? I wouldn’t want my husband to go to a strip club, nor would he want me to. What is wrong with respecting your spouses wishes? What Porsha said is right when she said there is (paraphrasing here) a reason why she is the one married and will be for a long time. There is nothing wrong with a traditional family. Obviously our ancestors were doing something right considering their divorce rate was so low!
Porsha, you seem nice enough, but honestly girl you need to go back to school and get an education. To depend on your husband for your livelihood in this day and age is NUTS. You better make sure you don’t make him angry, cause you little one, are easy to replace.
I agree with Porsha, NeNe blow that way out of order, and as for Cynthia, she loves to take a stick and stir up crap. She could have told the ladies that NeNe was getting upset or she could have told NeNe that they were running late and tell her way. The servers could have gone home and came back the next day to clean up as if it has not happen before. Or the ladies could have helped clean up I am sure that they can pick up a dish and wash it after all.
