Real Housewives of Atlanta Househusband Peter Thomas is no stranger to financial struggles, and now RadarOnline is reporting that Thomas is being sued because he is roughly $100,000 behind on rent for his lounge, Bar One. The complaint filed by Thomas’ landlord, Eloshua Elliott and Showtime Cafe, claims Thomas “breached a lease agreement by failing to pay rent and other fees including late fees, bank charges, real estate property taxes and unpaid utilities,” according to Access Atlanta.
Allegedly, Thomas failed to pay his $10,000 monthly rent from March 2013 to at least the end of the year. In addition, the suit claims, he hasn’t paid $5,000 in late fees.
The report also alleges, Elliott has also filed a complaint against Thomas regarding the property that is Cynthia Bailey’s modeling agency and talent company. That space, often featured on RHOA, is $29,000 behind on rent according to the claim.
“I’ve been caught in the middle of the crossfire,” Peter told Access Atlanta, denying all of the allegations. “I don’t owe them anything.”
