New RHONJ Star Margaret Josephs Sued for $12 Million in 2014

New RHONJ star Margaret Josephs is already making a ton of news lately even though the new season hasn’t even started yet.

Margaret’s lifestyle brand, MacBeth Collection was sued in 2014 for $12 Million and the case is still opened.

According to the legal documents in the case, Margaret’s company, MacBeth Collection, is accused of “trademark infringement.” The judge then ruled in favor of Vineyard Vines, and Margaret was ordered to pay $300,000 in damages, which she still hasn’t paid.

“Margaret didn’t abide by the ruling,” Vineyard Vines’ lawyer Todd Sharinn said. Vineyard Vines is now asking for $7 million, and the company expects Margaret to pay. “I’ve seen some of her banking records… she lives a pretty good life, obviously good enough to get on RHONJ,” Todd revealed to In Touch.

  1. We all know you don’t actually have to have money to be on RHNJ, you just have to be able to fake it for a while.

  2. why do these people join reality shows when they have legal issues and many “eyes” are watching them. isn’t that how tre got in trouble? claiming they were bankrupt and then flashing tonnes of cash and spending large amounts on furniture. did they not think it would get back to the courts? wow. just plain stupid if you ask me.
