Fans of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills know that Mauricio Umansky can sell beautiful real estate, but now he has just gotten the biggest listing in his career. The husband of cast member Kyle Richards is one of the agents selling the infamous Playboy mansion for $200 million, one of the most expensive listings in the country.
According to The Wallstreet Journal, Umansky is listing the property with two other agents Gary Gold and Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland, his former firm that was co-founded by brother-in-law Rick Hilton. Small world right?
While the property is known for its famous resident Hugh Henfer (who is staying in the Mansion until death, even when sold), elaborate parties and four decades of history, Mauricio tells the WSJ that the mansion needs a lot of work.
“The house will require remodeling, for sure,” he claimed. Umansky also shared that the house interiors are “dated and will need to be remodeled and redesigned.” The well-known realtor believes that the property itself is worth close to $100 million but the price for $200 million is “nonnegotiable”.
Maurice’s company The Agency shared on their Instagram page the news of selling the mansion in a catchy bunny video you can check out below:
The mansion is on five acres of land that includes six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, awine cellar, home theater, elaborate swimming pool and grotto, zoo-with a license and game house. Hefner bought the mansion as his home and workplace back in the 70’s.
As I mentioned earlier not only is the price staying but so is the homeowner himself Hugh Hefner! Looks like whoever buys the home will have a very famous roommate.
Congrats to Mr. Umansky on his newest listing!
