Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump is beloved by many viewers and now she is sharing her secrets to maintaining a healthy, youthful glow.
“Well there’s a lot of things you can do, but I actually do embrace getting older,” she said on The Dr. OZ Show Monday. “So do I fight against it? Of course I do. I have to. Do I have all the little tricks? A little bit of filler, a little bit of Botox, the Retin A, the masks, all those things. Yes I do, absolutely.”
While most of Lisa’s secrets might be too expensive for most, she did share one method that is very affordable. She reveals that she makes a face mask made of honey, oatmeal and yogurt, which she wears for thirty minutes to moisturize her skin.
Vanderpump also shared that her low-carb diet includes some great indulgences including red wine and chocolate. Her high-fiber diet also includes bran, which she mixes with the chocolate. But Lisa insists that taking care of your mental health is just as important.
“I lead actually a very stressful life… so I do sometimes need to take 10, 15 minutes in the afternoon, just kind of lay back, relax, put on some classical music, close your eyes and just try to imagine your floating,” she advises.
