As we previously reported, Brandi Glanville made a controversial comment about her former friend Lisa Vanderpump’s finances last week. During her Podcast One show, Glanville said, “On our show, there are certain people who want to project this perfect persona like there’s nothing wrong in the world. Like Lisa Vanderpump used to live deep in the Valley and was filing for bankruptcy, and she doesn’t want to talk about that. That’s interesting to me.”
Lisa has responded to Brandi’s comments insisting there is no truth to her words and that she is slandering and defaming her name. After it was reported that the topic was discussed at the taping for the RHOBH reunion and Brandi appeared on Watch What Happens Live Monday night, Lisa and her husband Ken Todd took to Twitter to defend themselves and to let Bravo and Andy Cohen know they are not okay with their finances being discussed on TV.
Ken tweeted, I have worked very hard to establish my reputation as a businessman and your lies threaten my name and character. I have never filed for bankruptcy in my life. Slander is illegal, please retract. @BrandiGlanville @BravoWWHL @Andy @radar_online #wwhl”
Lisa also responded to Brandi and Jenny McCarthy’s accusations that Lisa used Brandi for Vanderpump Rules. Lisa tweeted, “Yes you’re right @jennymccarhty, production orchestrated Scheana to be there, I objected & they insisted.. it is what it is @BravoWWHL #wwhl”
Will Ken and Lisa become litigious with Brandi and Bravo like former RHOBH star Adrienne Maloof? Will they sue? Stay tuned…
