We all know Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Star Kyle Richards is a beauty, but what are her secrets to looking so good? Kyle recently tweeted the photo below saying, ”Oh my prior tweet didn’t go through….thinking to ask @Carinasfacial to borrow that ‘mask’ for Halloween ”

Don’t worry! Kyle isn’t going through any major surgery! She is getting a skin treatment at Carina Skin Care that includes” getting your skin electrified” to produce “tighter and beautiful skin.”

It may look funny or scary, but whatever Kyle is doing is working! She’s gorgeous!
