As we reported earlier, Kim Zolciak announced she would be leaving The Real Housewives of Atlanta for good. Now, the reality star is confirming she and her family WILL be getting their own spin-off show, after months of rumors and speculation. Kim’s spin-off show, Don’t Be Tardy For The Wedding, was a huge success in Bravo ratings, and the network has officially decided to give she and her family their own show!
The 2nd Season of Kim’s show will have a name change, however no details have been released yet. Kim explains that walking away from the show that made her well-known wasn’t easy, but she is excited to focus on positive things, and move forward with her family.
“It’s going to a fun, lighthearted show about our crazy everyday life,” Kim tells In Touch. “My amazing husband is doing awesome in the NFL, we’re building a home, we have a teenager, a tween and two babies,” she says about daughters Brielle, 15, and Ariana, 10, and her sons with Kroy: KJ, 17 months, and Kash, 3 months.
No premiere date has been set yet, but you can probably expect Kim to return to the small screen in Spring, when The Real Housewives of Atlanta is finished airing!
