Kim Zolciak-Biermann Under Fire After Saying “Racism Isn’t Real”

During the final episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion, Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s comments have really upset a lot of people. In particular, the Bravo star claimed that “racism wasn’t real.”

Zolciak-Biermann claimed that her co-star Nene Leakes lived in a “roach nest,” something that many women on the show felt was racist. Kandi Burruss had to explain to Zolciak-Biermann that people “equate roaches with the projects,” and thus calling Leakes’s house roach-infested is saying that she “lives in the projects.”

Once the reunion taping was over, Zolciak-Biermann called host and executive producer Andy Cohen into the bathroom to discuss how frustrated she was. During this interaction, she made some outrageous claims about racism.

“This whole racism thing, in this day and age, is bullsh*t. Everyone of those motherf*ckers on that couch owe this world a f*cking apology for this racism shit. Nobody really bought into it because the social media wasn’t there, and racism wasn’t all that real.”

As we previously reported, Kim will not be returning to next season of RHOA. What are your thoughts about Kim’s comments? Comment below and tell us how you feel.
