Kelly Dodd Lists OC Mansion for Sale for $6.25 Million

New Real Housewives of Orange County star Kelly Dodd’s marriage has come under fire since she joined the show and now she has listed her stunning beachfront mansion for $6.25 million. Could her marriage to Michael be in jeopardy again?

The couple originally filed for divorce in 2012, before deciding to stay together. Now, they’re on the rocks again with the show airing, a new report claims.

The Newport Beach mansion is 4,370 square feet. Nicole Contreras, an agent with Nourmand & Associates, a luxury real estate boutique, represented Dodd in the listing along with Tim Beans of Coldwell Banker Previews International in Newport Beach, RadarOnline is reporting.

“My favorite aspect of the home is the rooftop deck,” Kelly said about the house. “Imagine having a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the Pacific Ocean — you won’t see anything more beautiful than that. It’s an entertainer’s dream.”

The modern home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The mansion has panoramic views of Big Corona Beach.

Michael obtained a restraining order against Kelly in 2014 amid allegations of a violent attack. The restraining order was terminated and the case was dismissed when she completed 10 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and six months of therapy.

My name is Nicki. I am 32 years-old and married to my best friend. I was previously in business for over 12 years, but I’ve always had a great passion for web and graphic design. Another one of my passions, of course, is to escape into the world of TV, which is where this journey began. My goal in starting AllThingsRH.com was to give fans, like myself, a place to catch up on all the latest news and gossip about The Real Housewives. I wanted to create a place where viewers could interact with each other, share their opinions, and get straight-forward and unbiased information about what’s going on. I am proud of the diversity this site has to offer.

    Here comes the divorce !!

  • Piper

These housewive shows have a way of keeping marriages all warm and fuzzy.

  • Oh my, my, my………..how come Kelly???????

  • Amy

Either divorce or to attempted to cover up future financial disaster. These women just have a huge problem of living within their means. Too bad so sad they feel they must keep up with the others struggling to do the same..

  • Melodie

That is a mansion? It’s a hut compared to Heather’s. Kelly is just plain weird.

    • Bon Vivant

In all fairness, Heather’s house is the size of a hotel, lol.

  • Cin

Kelly is a ticking time bomb… people have and will get hurt by her…..

  • 10 A.A. meetings, & anger management classes. Wowsers!

  • Trixiebelle

Kelly does not love her husband. You can totally tell by the way she treats him.

  • Queenie

I don’t care for her decor. But, I like the fact that she stood up to Heather and made her “cry.” Fakest, hysterical sobbing without ONE tear, that I’ve ever seen.

  • Bon Vivant

I’ll wait to see before I say anything. Kelly has previously flipped properties on the side starting in her 20s( records show her first sale she made $500,000 profit) so this could be just a financial move on her part.

  • Michelle

It’s not my kind of house and if you like to ignore the view of a parking lot before the ocean, then good on you. This might be Kelly’s way of cashing in on the whole HW fame while she can. She’s arrogant enough to believe it’s worth more now that she’s on the show and is so valuable for befriending Vicki and making the show more interesting than if she was not on it.

    • Bon Vivant

Records show that she purchased the property for a little over 3 and 1/2 million. People started approaching her about the possibility of buying the house once it was showcased on the show this season, she owns a few properties of her own outside of her marriage in both California and Arizona, so I think once folks started inquiring, her House Flipper radar just went up and she’s just apt to make a fast buck…sometimes you have to strike while the iron is hot and who knows how long she will have this platform to garner public interest. Now I’m not saying that there isn’t trouble with Hubby. It just means to me that the house is a separate issue because Dodd likes making money.

On the flip side of things, I’m mad at Kelly’s bedroom comforter.

Seriously, I’m disturbed by the comfortable because it’s not pristinely pressed, lol. I can’t tell how many dozens of interiors shoots I’ve done and my assistants and I literally steam and iron bed linens to the point of you being able to spin a coin on them! Additionally, the next time you look in your Sunday circular, home catalog, or luxury resort brochure and notice how lush and fluffy the bed looks, that’s because I’ve added layers of fiberfill underneath to give it that “Take Me Away to the Land of Nod” feeling, lol. I’m a sucker that loves perfection in an interiors pic, it’s like a work tick or something, lol. I do like Kelly’s ghost chair in the bathroom though: Bethenny, Jules Wainstein and Kelly clearly are fans of Phillipe Stark….
