Karen Huger Shocked by Ashley Darby

Karen Huger is sharing her thoughts about this week’s episode of RHOP and her disagreement with Ashley Darby in a new interview with Bravo. Karen shares when it’s appropriate to “go gangster,” and says she is shocked and disappointed by Darby’s behavior.

Bravotv.com: Why do you think Gizelle was being inappropriate with her questions with Katie? What would you have done if you were Katie?
Karen Huger: I believe that it was not the right setting for such personal/sensitive questions in front of the group. If I were Katie I would’ve stood my ground with Gizelle if I were being attacked.

Bravotv.com: Tell us about getting down at the gay club – you had some moves!
KH: I had a fantastic time! I was reliving the days when I boogied with my friends in college. Great dancers!

Bravotv.com: How did you feel after Ashley told you that she didn’t care how you felt after Michael showed up? Did this change your opinion of Ashley?
KH: I was shocked and disappointed that Ashley said that she did not care that her guest felt uncomfortable after Michael showed up. This absolutely changed my opinion of Ashley, especially after she made it abundantly clear when we were invited, that no one with protrusions in their pants would be in the house during the weekend. BOOM!

Bravotv.com: What do you think about Charrisse’s comment that you “went gangster”?
I DID! When the occasion arises I might go gangster or pop off, LET THAT BE KNOW!

  1. Sorry but you can’t claim the Miss Manners award when you use words like “motherfucker.”

And you can’t play the Victorian morality prude about how your husband wouldn’t approve of Ashley’s husband being there after you were on TV dirty dancing with some strange guy who had his mouth right up on your crotch. Newsflash- All of the men in a gay bar are not 100% gay!

That said, gold digger Ashley’s grandpa is really creepy!

    1. I’m sorry but I disagree. Yes, Karen is uptight in an old-school kind of way but she’s in her 50’s so she gets a pass on being old-school uptight. However, I’m in my 30s and I agree with her. Whatever the issue was, if I expressed it to the person hosting the weekend and they said they didn’t care how I felt, I would make a note to mother-effing self too and put them on my you-know-what list! It starts with an S and rhymes with HIT!
