Kandi Burruss’ Daughter Riley Speaks Out About Her Relationship With Her Father

Kandi Burruss’ daughter Riley is finally speaking out about her relationship, or lack there of, with her father.

Riley, 14, wrote a song about her dad titled, “Better Late Than Never.”

“I built up a brick wall,” she sings. “It’ll be hard to tear down. Better late than never is what they say. So I guess I forgive you, even though you missed my birthday. I’m forgiving you even though you hurt me. I’m forgiving you, but you don’t deserve it.”

Kandi has opened up about her relationship with her ex Russell “Block” Spencer on this season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

My name is Nicki. I am 32 years-old and married to my best friend. I was previously in business for over 12 years, but I’ve always had a great passion for web and graphic design. Another one of my passions, of course, is to escape into the world of TV, which is where this journey began. My goal in starting AllThingsRH.com was to give fans, like myself, a place to catch up on all the latest news and gossip about The Real Housewives. I wanted to create a place where viewers could interact with each other, share their opinions, and get straight-forward and unbiased information about what’s going on. I am proud of the diversity this site has to offer.

Good for Riley! Hope she found her voice and can speak her own thoughts and not be the puppet for her mom’s projecting thoughts.

I think Kandi’s daughter is very sweet but very shy. It has to be hard for children of successful people.

  • That is quite brave of Riley. And I never really saw it before, but as she has matured, she is really starting to look like her lovely mom.

I watched the episode and Riley hasn’t really spoken out at all and she didn’t write the songs. The song was written by Kandi and is a compilation of things she has heard Riley say over the years. The article is very misleading.

Anything or anyone connected with Kandi, Todd & evil mama Joyce leaves me interestless as I do not believe anything sincere comes from them.

Riley clinging to her Mom at the table like a two-year-old left me confused.
She needs a Dad. All kids do. He may not be perfect, but seems to be trying. IMO, he is a better influence then Mama Joyce! This kid needs some therapy. She seems very immature for her age.
