Jason Hoppy has officially filed his response to Bethenny Frankel’s divorce papers, and it looks like their divorce process is going to be a long, drawn out one. TMZ has all the details, and what Jason has requested is almost exactly what Bethenny asked for, including full custody of the couple’s daughter, Bryn, along with many other things.
Jason is echoing Bethenny’s request of primary custody of two year-old, Bryn Hoppy.
Bethenny originally requested Jason pay for medical and dental insurance for herself and Bryn, and now Jason is requesting the same from Bethenny.
Bethenny asked that Jason hold a life insurance policy on himself for her and Bryn’s benefit. Jason has now requested that Bethenny maintain a policy on herself for him and Bryn’s benefit.
Bethenny requested “exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence,” and Jason has now requested the same.
It was reported when Bethenny filed for divorce that she wanted to move forward with her divorce amicably. I don’t know if I see this being a smooth process.
