Her tagline says she’s “stronger than anything in her way” but does that mean that she could be making an exit? A new report is claiming that Real Housewives of New York City star Heather Thomson is leaving the show due to having a bad season-feuding with castmates and having her storyline dominated.
A source reveals that she will not be resigning her contract with Bravo and wants to focus on her family, “real” friends, and her YummieTummie brand.
“She wants to focus full-time on her business, Yummie, her family, and expanding into health and nutrition.” The source continued that she did get a bad rap this season storyline wise. Supposedly, Heather filmed a lot with her work that she does with the Wounded Warrior Project and expanding her business and it was not shown on TV.
Heather is also frustrated, the source claims- because her role on the show is changing. Due to her arguing with her former friend Countess LuAnn and her “nagging” personality with Bethenny this has drastically changed her life.
The source told US Weekly, “The cons of doing the show far outweigh the pros at this point and what the show has become wont fit in what she wants to be doing.”
They continue, “She did the show to promote her business and later to be with her best friend Carole Radziwill and didn’t expect it to end up with fighting with Bethenny and Sonja Morgan and the rest edited out. It devolved into ridiculous fights over the ridiculous antics of some unstable women.”
The source concluded by telling the media that Heather was over the show last season and wanted to give it one last try, and unfortunately led to false promises with her portrayal and storyline.
