Former Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jacqueline Laurita is leaving the Garden State for good.
That’s right, Jacqueline’s daughter Ashlee Malleo revealed on Instagram that Jac, Chris and their two sons CJ and Nicholas packed up an RV and started heading West on Tuesday. The couple will be moving to Nevada permanently.
Jacqueline is originally from Las Vegas, so the move is not that shocking, but she said goodbye to her friends and family in an emotional Instagram post of her own.
“Saying Goodbye to friends when you move across the country is never easy, so I would just like to say, “See you soon!” Thank you all for coming to see me before I left. It really meant a lot to me. I’m sorry if your picture wasn’t in this video, it doesn’t mean I love you any less. I’m sorry I didn’t get pictures with all of you, but just know I enjoyed and will continue to enjoy our friendship very much. I’m grateful to have met you all. Thank goodness for technology and social media! Please stay in touch! Xoxo,” Laurita captioned the photo below.
Their move has been a long time coming. The couple relisted their Franklin Lakes, NJ, mansion at $1.95 million in April. They originally listed it in 2014 for $2.85 million and reduced the price to $2.78 million in 2017 before taking it off the market for a short time. They put the home on the market again for $2.3 million later that year but didn’t have any luck finding a buyer.
Chris also sold of bunch of their belongings on Facebook before their move; which included a signed picture of The Sopranos.
