Exclusive: What’s The Status Of RHONJ Season 7?

RHONJ

The state of The Real Housewives of New Jersey hangs in the balance as one of the show’s stars Teresa Giudice will surrender to a federal prison on January 5th, 2015 to begin serving her sentence for bank, wire and mail fraud. As for the state of the show? We reached out to our insiders and have an update on the status of the show and what is going on behind-the-scenes.

“Bravo has pushed back production on RHONJ until next year,” our source EXCLUSIVELY tells us. “The network has hired a focus group and producers want to regain viewership and revamp the show back to what it used to be.”

Although Jacqueline Laurita has hinted that she is returning full-time next season, our source says the network is not looking for any new ladies.

“They are not casting any new Housewives at this point,” our source adds.

Our insider also reveals that Teresa Giudice may be “done” with the show “for now” but  adds that Giudice “will probably be filming something up until she heads to prison in January.”

One source shares that whether or not Joe Giudice will make the decision to film with his daughters while Teresa is away, Teresa will “likely” film some sort of goodbye or send-off for her fans.

What would you like for the future of RHONJ?

My name is Nicki. I am 32 years-old and married to my best friend. I was previously in business for over 12 years, but I’ve always had a great passion for web and graphic design. Another one of my passions, of course, is to escape into the world of TV, which is where this journey began. My goal in starting AllThingsRH.com was to give fans, like myself, a place to catch up on all the latest news and gossip about The Real Housewives. I wanted to create a place where viewers could interact with each other, share their opinions, and get straight-forward and unbiased information about what’s going on. I am proud of the diversity this site has to offer.

    Who cares????? Not me

I think the Giudice’s will do anything for money. Mainly because they have mountains of debt and no real talent, and both of them will be “going away” for awhile. Plus, since the conviction, Teresa said all her businesses were negatively impacted. It may be difficult to get back her “Star Quality” rating now that she’s a convicted felon and she continues to not take responsibility for anything.

It’s time to say goodby to convicted criminals Teresa & Joe Giudice, they should go.

  • Aunt Bee

It is time to say goodbye to all the housewives of New Jersey. I no longer find anything wholesome with any of them. Looks like they all live beyond their means and will do anything to keep up appearances and get camera time.

    • One Rotten Egg

      You said it, Bee!

  • anab4

why don’t they let rhonj die. there are very few housewives that don’t have legal problems. it’;s just going to be one after another. are there enough fans to keep it going ? might want to check on that.

  • Jo

Get rid ot Teresa, let her go to jay. They should fire the entire cast and start afresh.

  • Frances

I stopped watching the New Jersey and Atlanta ones. Could not stand the same old crap anymore. They need to let both of these go. Giving Beverly Hills another try this year. Last year was the worst! Get rid of Brandi and maybe i’ll stick around. They need some new cities: Chicago? Houston? New Orleans? Denver? Seattle??? Come on Bravo. Need to freshen it up a lot!

  • It’s time 2 say goodbye 2 the new jersey gal’s It’s not worth watching with or without teresa

  • Lori

Made the decision not to watch last season because if they choose to have Theresa and Joe, I will not watch. And I am glad I did. They are criminals. Pure and simple.

  • Misty

I don’t understand this mountain of hate. Yes, they defrauded the government. And no, they should not have done that. That said, it seems to me there’s a large segment of the population that tries to cheat on their taxes year after year. It’s not equal to what Teresa a d Joe did; I understand but at the same time I don’t think they’re bad people and they have provided good reality TV. The viewing audience has seen their kids grow up. There’s a lot of value to them as human beings and the show should definitely keep them. I would go so far as to say continue filming whenever possible at the prison and allowed Teresa to share emotions and experiences there. As for Brandi, please get rid of her! I can’t stand her and I’m tired of the trouble she creates. She is a master manipulator. She messes up every relationship she’s in and she destroys good relationships between other people.

      Misty,
I don’t get the vehement hate either. They did wrong, they are being punished, but people are GLEEFUL. I am sure restaurant owners, waiters, etc… don’t claim every penny either. My point is…. A lot of people are throwing stones, and I am sure they have their own skeletons….

I do not agree with what they did. They should be punished, and that should be the end of it.

      • Jodi

BTW… I am by no means a Teresa fan. I just don’t rejoice when bad things happen to ANYONE.

  • VaNonna

Pull the plug on this show. It’s run its course. Tired of watching a bunch of fake women living beyond their means. Also have no interest in watching felons who lied, cheated and defrauded others.

  • I L OVE THEM I LOVE THE SHOW!!! WITH OUT TERESA &JOE &THIERE CHIDREN THER IS NO SHOW with out them AND WHO IS ANY ONE TO JUDGE THEM!!!!!!!!
