Erika Girardi’s Advice For The Real Housewives of Dallas

New RHOBH cast member Erika Girardi has some advice for the ladies of The Real Housewives of Dallas; be yourself! The new series, which is set to premiere April 11th on Bravo has a lot of people excited and Girardi took to the radio to give the ladies some advice.

“Get ready! Baby, baby, baby, let me tell you just get ready!” she told newbies LeeAnne Locken and Tiffany Hendra when she called into Dallas/Fort Worth radio station 103.7 KVIL. “If I can give you both one piece of advice it is to just be yourself in all situations and don’t compromise. You really have to be true to yourself and if you can do that you can walk out with your head held high.”

So what’s Erika’s advice for when your co-stars just want to work you up? “I think you have to be patient and you can’t get riled up because they are going to want to rile you up,” she said. “Whatever you do just make sure you think everything through. Tomorrow is another day, the season is long, what it looks like from week to week changes, and you have to just remember that. Even my castmates they told me, they were like, ‘You know, Erika, it’s one thing to shoot the show, it’s another thing when you start watching the show because it becomes a whole ‘nother animal.’ And that’s really truth. So just take it one week at a time. Some weeks you’re gonna win and some weeks you’re not. Just you wait, your life’s about to change.”

  1. I guess if Erika being “true to herself” is lying (by omission or otherwise) and enjoying watching other people squirm, then she’s correct.

  2. She should not have been the one to advise or for anyone to take her advise. She should just stick to Yolanda & leave it to advising each other as they’ve both lost credibility in a huge way.
