Dorinda Medley Trademarks Catchphrase to Build Business

RHONY star Dorinda Medley is taking her new catch phrase all the way to the bank. Medley’s “Not Well, Bitch” line of products could soon land at a major department store, TMZ is reporting.

Dorinda’s rep at Talent Resources tells the site that the slogan caught fire after she screamed it at “Sex and the City” writer, Candace Bushnell, this season. Since then, Dorinda filed docs to trademark the slogan and started selling coffee mugs, tote bags, t-shirts and towels with the phrase.

Now, Dorinda’s business is growing fast. Dorinda’s sold more than 700 items and made more than $100k a month after launching the line. Now she’s in talks with 2 major department stores.

My name is Nicki. I am 32 years-old and married to my best friend. I was previously in business for over 12 years, but I’ve always had a great passion for web and graphic design. Another one of my passions, of course, is to escape into the world of TV, which is where this journey began. My goal in starting AllThingsRH.com was to give fans, like myself, a place to catch up on all the latest news and gossip about The Real Housewives. I wanted to create a place where viewers could interact with each other, share their opinions, and get straight-forward and unbiased information about what’s going on. I am proud of the diversity this site has to offer.

I like Dorinda. She seems to be a nice, gracious lady – when she is not drinking.

  • Daisy

So do I have to pay her when I say that now , I say it often

  • CA from LA

Stupidest catch phrase of all time! She is so rich, and yet she is trying to make money off of this. Ridiculous! Done with her

  • Bon Vivant

I wonder if she’s also trademarked “I MADE IT NICE!”, because that was the real classic. That’s one of those phrases that will be etched into Real Housewives Institute history.
