Dimitri Charalambopoulos Files Lawsuit Against Camille Grammer Citing Defamation, Malicious Prosecution Fraud And More

Camille

Last week we revealed that Camille Grammer’s ex-boyfriend Dimitri was not charged for their hotel room brawl last October. Now, TMZ is reporting that Charalambopoulos is suing Grammer for defamation, malicious prosecution, fraud and more…

Dimitri is claiming there was no altercation. “Dimitri’s lawsuit, filed by his attorney, Guy Fisher, [claims] there was no fight. He claims she accused him of cheating (baseless accusation, according to him) and he immediately left the hotel room, at which point Camille faked the entire melee, smudging her make-up and even pulling hair from her hairbrush to scatter around the room,” the site reports.

Sources tell the site, “Dimitri thinks it’s the most fantasy-filled novel-esque manner that the screenwriters for ‘Housewives of Beverly Hills’ would envy.”

Camille’s attorneys released a statement to TMZ regarding Dimitri’s latest claims, saying, “We are delighted that he filed a lawsuit because we are already in the process of filing a civil lawsuit against him to pay for the damage he has caused. We look forward to court, where we will introduce forensic evidence clearly establishing his liability. It is surprising that someone who committed an assault would actually sue the victim.”
