After many rumors regarding former Real Housewives of New Jersey Star Danielle Staub’s return to Season 5 of RHONJ, I can now confirm that Danielle will be making appearances on Season 5! I have exclusive details regarding Danielle’s return. After speaking with my source in November, NOBODY knew for sure if Danielle was returning to RHONJ. Danielle had not signed a contract yet. She was so devastated when she exited the show after Season 2 she was being VERY cautious what her next move would be. The FIRST time she met with Andy Cohen wasn’t this Fall, it was last Spring. Bravo wanted Danielle to make a couple of appearances on the show, while Danielle wanted to be back full-time.
Another source close to the situation tells me that a lot of people close to Danielle were telling her to go ahead with Bravo’s deal and appear on the show, and it looks like Danielle is taking their advice. Danielle and Teresa made amends a long time ago and Danielle will appear on Season 5 to set the record straight about her prior contact (Facebook messages) with Teresa Giudice’s sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga. My sources tell me that Danielle DOES have a paid deal now, and nobody knows how many episodes Danielle will be appearing in, because Bravo edits everything so drastically, and also, contracts aren’t based on how many episodes someone is featured on. We will be waiting patiently to see how big of a role Danielle will have on RHONJ Season 5. Bravo likes to keep us on the edge of our seats, and until they have completed the filming and editing process, nobody can be sure!

While I would love nothing more than to see Melissa exposed for all her sleazy lies, I do NOT trust these producers nor AndyCohen. Not just their poser editing, but because Andy never seemed to like Danielle and he is totally evil enough to bring her back to shat over her — again. The new paid women seem to be playing the game already of visiting/filming with Teresa, but are friends with Melissa on the downlow. Melissa is way too happy and confident of late showing no signs of worry or intimidation by anyone at this point. Penny (who I really like) and Danielle could be revealing all the truths viewers desperatly want to hear BUT that NEVER means Andy won’t edit it to be completely opposite. i don’t see Andy investing time and attention on her with a book, etc., just to have her ruined. Makes no business sense to me at all. I will refrain from any excitement until this season actually airs, and dear Lord, let me be WRONG.

@ Pinky, I so agree with you. Melissa’s lies need to finally be exposed. I watched the first season she was on and then after that, I was done. I don’t understand why they are kissing Carolyn & her boring family’s butt nor do I understand why they are trying to make Melissa seem so precious & pure. Teresa is the only one that makes that franchise watchable. The rest are a complete snooze feast. YES, please bring Danielle back and like you Pinky, I hope that Andy and Bravo don’t screw Danielle over. If she does come back, I can watch again. If not, I’m done. If they treat Danielle unfairly, I’m done with Bravo & Andy all together.
I think it is a great situation. I read her book and I feel that she got the short end of the stick in life and in this series. She should be able to come back and i think that it will be good for someone to stand up tO Caroline, someone needs to. She needs a good taste of her own medicine and Danielle is just the one to do it. As to the other housewives i hope they come back but Jacilinn needs to stop being a hypocrite and how dare she use her autistic son to try and get the sympathy vote!!! She should be shot

Did you ask your source or Danielle if she really had deleted the messages from the back-stabbing fame whore Melissa? Those would be priceless if she still has them – especially to the average fan who doesn’t visit these blogs! I’d love to see Danielle reveal exactly the lengths Melissa (and traitorous Gorga son and brother Joe) would go to just to get on this show. I hope the scenes are interspersed with lots of flashbacks to “The Christening,” where we first got to me these POS. (Altho’ it is heart wrenching to see their disregard for the ailing Papa Gorga.)
Even with the charitable edit the saintly Caroline has always gotten from BRAVO – her true bossy and mean-spirited nature has MORE than been revealed the last two Seasons. I wouldn’t mind a few “told ya so” moments from Danielle . . . would be totally hilarious!

If memory me right. Teresa and the ladies went after this lady in a NASTY WAY. Teresa is a liar as well as a back stabber. The only reason Bravo and Teresa would want that lady back on would be to justify someone to film with Teresa and her husband. It is time to get rid of Teresa AND HUBBY.
I absolutely admire Danielle . She has gone thru hell & found staircase to heaven. This woman has class & is well spoken. I would love to see Danielle back to RHNJ & have Teresa back.

This comment goes to Honolulu Diva. While Teresa may have done some very nasty things to Danielle she still deserves a second chance to prove that she can move past those issues with Danielle. Also, if Bravo were to get rid of Teresa and Joe the show would decline in the ratings. Teresa is what brings the action to the show and without her the show would end up being cancelled.

Danielle, oh no! There goes America down the drain. Who cares what anyone has done in their past, move on to the future. Who cares who has lied? Their life does not interrupt mine. I like watching the show because I have a better idea of how I do not want to be. All of these people make the show. No one stands out and this is only TV.
Lets be real, all the cast members all have ghosts in their closets that they don’t want exposed. I don’t care for Danielle but think that since the cast was do eager to expose her secrets it’s about time she get her revenge. I was a huge fan of the New Jersey housewives but think Teresa and her constant instigating with Melissa and her brother is gross. I think brining Danielle back will be good enough for all since they all treated her so bad especially in the second season! Ashley deserved the charges she faced and for them to be mad at Danielle shows that they have poor parenting skills. I hope that this season is better than the last two or I may be done with this housewife franchise for good!
