Cary Deuber

Seasons 1-2

“I’m not a trophy wife, I’m a lifetime achievement award.”

Originally an east coast girl from Connecticut, Cary spent her childhood in Ohio before moving to Texas. After studying nursing, she pursued an advanced practice degree to become a CRNFA certified registered nurse first assistant. She has actively led and participated in multiple medical mission trips, focusing on pediatric surgeries in various third world countries. Cary has been a part of the cast since season one and continues to live in Dallas with her successful plastic surgeon husband, Dr. Mark Deuber, serving as his operative assistant, while still maintaining her own aesthetic injectable practice. Her most important role is mom to her daughter, two step-children, and three dogs. This season, Cary struggles with her work life balance as she tries to spend more time with her daughter, Zuri while making sure Mark’s needs are still met as they plan to expand the practice. A huge yogi with a type-A personality, Cary has a refreshing, dry sense of humor with an air of confidence and a heart of gold.

  1. My heart breaks watching Cary and Mark argue over Zuri. I thought Mark was a nice guy last season, but the “hands-off” dad thing comes across as really unloving. I see a divorce coming… especially with the flip side of the coin being Cary emasculating Mark at every turn.
