Caroline Manzo Reveals Weight Loss and Advice On A Healthy Lifestyle


Former Real Housewives of New Jersey star Caroline Manzo has been spending a lot of time at the gym. The Manzo Matriarch has been open about the face that she wants to live a healthier life, she opened up about her goal to reach 118 pounds.

This week Caroline retweeted the photo above from personal trainer Danielle Conti, and it’s obvious she has shed some weight. So what’s her secret to a healthy lifestyle? “Proper diet, exercise, and vitamins.” Caroline revealed her meal choices have included lemon greek yogurt, blueberries for breakfast, and turkey burgers.

But Caroline does admits she has cravings. “My stomach is trying 2 talk my brain into raiding the kitchen #don’tdoitCaroline,” Manzo tweeted.

Caroline will return to Bravo later this year, appearing on her spin-off Manzo’d With Children.
