Bethenny Frankel Doesn’t Want Her Business Secrets Revealed, Begs Judge To Seal Court Documents

Bethenny

Bethenny Frankel does not want to share the secrets of her success and RadarOnline is reporting the talk show host is begging a judge to seal court documents that reveal details of her business dealings. In 2011, a class action lawsuit was filed against Bethenny and her Skinny Girl Cocktails company, claiming false advertising and as the case continues, Bethenny filed court documents on December 6th, 2013, asking a federal judge to seal all materials pertaining to the suit.

Frankel gave a deposition in regards to the civil suit that she’d like sealed because ”the transcript contains non-public, commercially sensitive confidential and proprietary business information.” The documents include highly confidential “sales data, business plans, research and marketing presentations.”

Bethenny claims competitors could use the information to their advantage and it could cause the SkinnyGirl brand a great deal of harm.
