Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida have maintained that Nida is not guilty of the federal charges he facing, including identity theft, conspiracy, bank fraud and more, but RadarOnline is reporting Nida filed a motion pleading with a federal judge to postpone his criminal hearing.

According to court documents filed on February 10th, Nida has asked for “an extension of time up to and including March 25, 2014.” This “will allow the parties sufficient time to discuss a potential resolution of this case,” such as a settlement.
