Kathy Wakile tweeted the picture above of her and Caroline Manzo directly to Andy Cohen, and Andy replied with a simple, “Cute!” As we reported earlier, Kathy and Caroline are allegedly not returning as Official Hosuewives to Season 5 of RHONJ!
