Adriana de Moura Dishes About Her Wedding Day

Adriana

Adriana de Moura is taking to her Bravo Blog to relive her wedding day. Adriana explains why she was physically exhausted the day of her wedding and what led to her feeling faint before she went to walk down the aisle. Adriana says she overcame a lot of obstacles to get to this moment and will never forget when her son walked her down the aisle.

Adriana writes, “This has been a long journey. There were so many obstacles to conquer, issues to work through, a lot of growing up, and even some significant losses occurred before I could walk down the aisle with Frederic.

All of those emotions added to the stress of planning a wedding, and I was literally crumbling down as my wedding day approached. My physical limit was pushed and I was very drained and feeling weak; just one hour before the wedding I felt like fainting and believed I wasn’t going to make it, because I had no more strength to carry on physically. After laying down for almost an hour (and getting a shot of vitamins), I finally felt like I could push myself and not miss my own wedding! After all, it took so much to arrive at this day. After I got some energy back, the excitement and adrenaline rushed through my body and I found my smile again and headed to the church were the two loves of my life awaited — mon chéri, Frederic, and my beloved son, Alex.

As I walked to the church my heart raced, and when I finally saw my son happily ready to walk me down the aisle, I knew I had done the right thing to wait all these years. My little boy had grown up and now my little man was willing to give away his mother to a man he learned to respect and love over the past few years.

I was overwhelmed with joy as we marched toward Frederic, who had tears in his eyes as he watched us walking toward him. This moment was priceless and I just knew right then and there. It felt really good to be myself — I felt ready, I felt blessed, and I finally felt COMPLETE.”

And as far as making her guests wait, Adriana took to Twitter to reveal they didn’t go hungry. “To set the record straight, there was a full open bar and appetizers for a whole hour before the sit down dinner!! #AdrianasWedding #Bravo”

AllThingsRH

My name is Nicki. I am 32 years-old and married to my best friend. I was previously in business for over 12 years, but I’ve always had a great passion for web and graphic design. Another one of my passions, of course, is to escape into the world of TV, which is where this journey began. My goal in starting AllThingsRH.com was to give fans, like myself, a place to catch up on all the latest news and gossip about The Real Housewives. I wanted to create a place where viewers could interact with each other, share their opinions, and get straight-forward and unbiased information about what’s going on. I am proud of the diversity this site has to offer.
